General Delivery Information

Due to the current situation surrounding COVID-19, lead time for delivery & shipping may be affected.

Please allow up to 14 working days for deliveries.

We use DHL and Royal Mail as our official carriers.

Please note all items must be signed for and delivery times are to be taken as guides only. All orders come packed in Fiona Knapp Jewels pouches/boxes, free of charge.

Delivery times do not include back orders or special orders.

Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.
